The tailored service offered by Pattern Solutions means our processes are determined by our clients’ needs. For instance, where applicable, we can cast temperature controlling pipes into the back of aluminium tools, accommodating auxiliary operations to support a streamlined manufacturing process.

Pattern Solutions supply tooling in polyurethane tooling board or cast aluminium, as machined from solid billet. Alongside this, we are further able to provide custom checking and trimming fixtures, with 5 axis NC code for component trim. 

Our processes are guided by both CAD and CAM, with tooling quality tested by CMMs. This is all backed up by full inspection data, provided by PowerInspect.
